kshitij dd0d5d5a82 chore: add JohnC1009 to AUTHOR_MAP (#33351) ...

Pre-requisite for PR #32020 salvage (auth: global auth.json fallback
in _load_provider_state). Contributor_audit strict mode fails if any
commit author email on main is unmapped.
